E-Commerce Specialist

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.
- Add, update, and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and stock availability.
- Monitor orders for accurate processing and timely fulfillment; coordinate with warehouse, logistics, delivery, and customer service teams.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Manage online promotions, discounts, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Plan and monitor digital advertising across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Track sales, conversion rate, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and customer acquisition costs; analyze performance and identify improvements.
- Research competitors, pricing trends, products, promotions, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate product campaigns, promotional content, banners, and social media activities with marketing.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews; keep product information and website content accurate and current.
- Prepare sales, advertising, inventory, and performance reports; track sales targets and take corrective action.
- Resolve or coordinate issues affecting the online store; maintain activity records and support online revenue and customer acquisition strategies.
Required experience and skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Practical experience with online stores, marketplaces, product listings, digital advertising, and online sales.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
- Good analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Pay
- AED 3,500–4,000 per month.
