Working closely with teams across IT, Marketing, Finance and Operations, you'll help enhance both retail and B2B e-commerce platforms, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities Support the ongoing development and optimisation of retail and B2B e-commerce platforms.
Improve the online customer journey, including navigation, search functionality, product pages and checkout experience.
Work with IT and development teams to coordinate requirements, testing and new platform enhancements.
Partner with the marketing team to deliver digital campaigns and promotions.
Analyse customer behaviour and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, engagement and retention.
Produce weekly reports covering sales, conversion rates, customer retention and category performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve digital performance.
