About This Role
Overview
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on strengthening identity, endpoint, email, and threat detection capabilities across the Microsoft security ecosystem.
The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, operating, and improving enterprise security controls across a large-scale environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Deploy and support Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, and endpoint security solutions across the organisation
- Manage and harden Microsoft Intune across Windows, iOS, and Android environments
- Support threat detection, incident response, SIEM tuning, playbook development, and security investigations
- Administer and secure Microsoft 365 platforms including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies including Entra ID, Sentinel, Defender, and Intune
- Experience with SIEM, endpoint security, and identity & access management solutions
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and enterprise security operations
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, KQL, and security automation preferred
- Good communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
