Overview
We're recruiting an E-Commerce Product & Digital Manager to join a leading organisation within the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities Support the ongoing enhancement of retail and B2B e-commerce platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey, including navigation, search functionality, product pages and checkout.
Work closely with IT and development teams to coordinate new features, enhancements and user testing.
Collaborate with marketing to deliver digital campaigns, promotions and seasonal initiatives.
Analyse customer behaviour and website performance to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Produce regular reports on key metrics, including online sales, conversion, customer retention and product performance.
Support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and overall digital performance.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
