- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between the e-commerce platform and other business systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to recommend innovative ideas and solutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
- Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving the online shopping experience.
