The Role

• You will build and lead the TikTok Shop and live commerce function within 11:11.
• This is a build role.
• You will be responsible for creating, testing, and scaling a revenue stream across:
• TikTok Shop management
• Live-stream selling
• Affiliate creator networks
• Performance-driven content
• You’ll work across both
• brands and creators
• , owning the commercial output.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting up and managing TikTok Shop accounts
• Identifying and onboarding products with real sales potential
• Building and managing affiliate creator networks
• Planning and executing live-stream selling sessions
• Briefing and directing high-converting content
• Analysing performance data and scaling what works
• Turning TikTok into a consistent revenue channel
