About the Role
We are looking for a Senior E Commerce Performance and Technical SEO Manager in Dubai.
You will work on a German B2C e commerce shop in a market where paid advertising is heavily restricted.
Organic traffic, technical SEO, website performance, tracking quality and website stability are therefore critical for growth.
This is a hands on role for someone who understands SEO, analytics, technical website structure and e commerce performance.
Technical SEO
Run technical SEO audits
Monitor indexation, crawl errors and redirects
Improve internal linking structures
Check canonicals, sitemaps and duplicate content
Support structured data implementation
Improve category, product and content page structures
Identify and fix technical SEO weaknesses
Organic Growth
Find new keyword opportunities for the German market
Analyze competitors and SERP movements
Improve rankings for strategic keywords
Support content planning based on search demand
Improve product and category visibility
Track ranking development and traffic growth
Build clear SEO action plans
Performance and Analytics
Manage GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups
Monitor Google Search Console data
Analyze traffic sources, landing pages and funnels
Review conversion performance
Identify traffic drops, ranking drops and tracking issues
Prepare clear weekly reports with actions, not only numbers
Connect SEO performance with revenue impact
Website Quality and Security Monitoring
Monitor unusual traffic changes
Check for spam pages, malicious injections and suspicious indexation
Review suspicious backlinks and negative SEO signals
Test checkout and payment flows regularly
Monitor Core Web Vitals and loading speed
Coordinate technical fixes with developers when needed
Help keep the website stable, clean and reliable
Conversion and Shop Performance
Analyze product pages, category pages and landing pages
Identify UX and conversion weaknesses
Improve pages based on data and user behavior
Support A B testing ideas where useful
Improve speed, usability and sales relevant page elements
Focus on measurable business impact
Required Skills
Strong experience in technical SEO
Strong experience with e commerce performance
Experience
in the German SEO market
Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console
Advanced knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Experience
with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sistrix or similar
Experience
with Screaming Frog or similar crawling tools
Good understanding of Core Web Vitals
Good understanding of tracking, funnels and conversion analysis
Ability to detect traffic, ranking or indexation problems quickly
Structured, analytical and hands on working style
Clear communication and practical problem solving
Nice to Have
Shopware experience
Experience
with restricted industries such as vaping, CBD or supplements
Experience
with hacked websites or spam injection cleanup
Basic understanding of server, CDN and caching structures
Experience
with Looker Studio dashboards
Experience
with Hotjar or similar UX tools
Basic HTML, CSS or JavaScript understanding
Experience
working directly with developers
Not a Fit If You
Only create reports without clear actions
Only focus on backlinks and ignore technical SEO
Do not understand e commerce conversion
Cannot work hands on in tools
Need an agency team for every implementation
Ignore tracking quality and data accuracy
Do not understand the German SEO market
Cannot explain problems clearly to developers and management
