A client in Dubai is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to optimize and scale online sales channels.
The role supports digital revenue through platform operations, digital marketing, product catalogues, and analysis of consumer data and website conversion.
E-commerce and catalogue operations
- Manage day-to-day backend operations on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Noon, supporting website functionality, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
- Maintain product listings and digital assets, and coordinate inventory accuracy and pricing across sales channels.
Marketing and optimization
- Develop and execute paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics to monitor user behavior, traffic, conversion, and bounce rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve sales and marketing return on investment.
Cross-functional coordination
- Work with creative teams, inventory managers, and fulfillment or logistics partners to support order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to four years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with e-commerce CMS platforms, CRM tools, and advanced Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, digital advertising platforms, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn website metrics into actionable business strategies.
