Lead the marketing function for a company in industrial engineering and manufacturing.
Own strategy and execution across brand, digital marketing, lead generation, campaigns, and commercial alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets; lead the team and external suppliers.
- Manage brand positioning, digital marketing, SEO, social media, website performance, paid campaigns, and lead generation.
- Develop content and marketing materials, and support customer acquisition, product launches, and market expansion with Sales.
- Plan exhibitions and promotional activities; manage budgets and suppliers.
- Track industry and competitor trends, marketing KPIs, campaign performance, leads, spend, and return on investment.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, brand visibility, and commercial performance.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience covering strategy, planning, and execution.
- Industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or related technical-sector experience is preferred.
- Experience leading teams and managing digital marketing, brand, lead generation, budgets, exhibitions, agencies, and projects.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, website analytics, paid campaigns, and marketing performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
