Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and handle employee matters in accordance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and hiring; handle vacancies across functions and levels.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and related documentation; support employer branding and university recruitment events.
- Coordinate payroll activities and maintain accurate employee information and payroll inputs.
- Support employee relations and HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle; maintain confidential records.
- Coordinate HR matters and reporting with international headquarters and provide guidance to employees and management.
- Travel internationally for business when required.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or international organization; experience supporting or managing 100 or more employees.
- Strong UAE Labour Law knowledge and awareness of GCC labour and employment practices.
- Regional recruitment experience managing several vacancies, practical payroll experience, and experience with onboarding and employer branding.
- Experience reporting to an overseas or international headquarters; excellent English and comfort in a multicultural environment.
- Organized, self-motivated, able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
- No restrictions on international business travel, particularly within the GCC.
- A Western educational background is an advantage but is not mandatory.
