Role responsibilities
- Support production and operations of client and internal reporting for accurate, timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain SQL/Qlik queries, data extracts, scripts, analytics solutions, and reporting enhancements.
- Investigate data-quality issues and operational anomalies.
- Support product onboarding, operations, and client requests for DSS products.
- Develop operational readiness to back up the Data Analyst 3 role.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, statistics, mathematics, business analytics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years in data analytics, data science, business intelligence, reporting, or performance analytics.
- SQL and database-querying skills; reporting-platform experience with Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent; advanced Excel.
- Understanding of ETL and data processing; able to understand and modify scripting and reporting logic.
- Strong problem-solving, investigation, attention to detail, communication, and ability to work with large datasets.
- Python or similar programming experience is an asset; additional training in analytics, databases, BI, or reporting platforms is also an asset.
