Opportunity

Role responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver complex software from concept through production deployment.
• Architect scalable, secure, and reliable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead technical projects through delivery, managing estimates, timelines, budgets, risks, and technical dependencies.
• Set engineering practices through technical decisions, design and code reviews, and maintainable, high-quality code.
• Mentor developers and foster collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Improve performance, reliability, and operational stability by resolving technical challenges and bottlenecks.
• Provide rotational Tier 3 support for business-critical 24x7 platforms, including incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Clarify requirements with stakeholders, align solutions, and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Tungsten TotalAgility (formerly Kofax), on-premises or cloud, or related technologies.
• At least 7 years of software development experience with hands-on coding and solution design.
• At least 2 years in a lead role guiding teams and making strategic technical decisions.
• Experience managing technical projects from planning through delivery, including estimates and budgets.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and automation tools.

Technical skills

• Proficiency in VB.NET and C#.NET; experience with Windows OS, database design, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum and experience designing scalable, reliable system architecture.
• Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or UNIX knowledge is a nice-to-have.
• Cloud platform or programming-language certifications are an asset.
