Responsibilities
- Manage project document-control and information-governance standards.
- Oversee Aconex workflows, permissions, records, and user support.
- Support ISO 9001 compliance through audits, controlled records, and quality reporting.
- Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity, and responsible delivery.
- Deliver projects through planning, quality systems, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
- Manage teams to achieve KPIs and share best practice.
- Build stakeholder relationships and drive accountability, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Extensive major-project experience, including Aconex administration and ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Strong technical capability across EDMS, reporting, data analysis, and information governance.
- Document-control, information-management, or quality certifications are desirable.
- Collaborative leader focused on quality, stakeholder confidence, and continuous improvement.
