Senior Project Manager (Structures/Infrastructure)

Project and role

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept design through completion and handover; manage design development against requirements, programme, budget, and buildability.
• Coordinate architecture, structural, civil, MEP, transport, and specialist design consultants; lead design, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
• Develop procurement and packaging strategies and support tendering, contractor selection, technical evaluation, and contract award.
• Manage programme, milestones, interfaces, risks, changes, and delivery constraints; direct contractors through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate commercial, design, planning, HSW, and quality teams and manage interfaces with infrastructure, access, utilities, public realm, and adjacent packages.
• Chair project meetings, report and escalate issues, and ensure safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance.

Required qualifications and experience

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, project management, or a related built-environment discipline.
• Significant experience delivering large, complex building or infrastructure projects in a senior project management capacity.
• Strong experience in design development, procurement, and construction delivery, plus knowledge of multidisciplinary design coordination and construction interfaces.
• Strong contractor, consultant, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Advantageous experience and credentials

• CIOB, RICS, ICE, APM, or PMP professional membership or chartership is advantageous.
• Experience in a PMC, consultancy, developer, or major project environment is preferred.
• Experience with major parking structures, transport facilities, podiums, complex concrete structures, or similar assets is highly advantageous.
• Previous UAE or wider GCC major-project experience is preferred.
