About This Role

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Saudi Arabia for a Distribution Sales Manager at M2 TELECOM. The Distribution Sales Manager will oversee channel sales strategies, manage relationships with channel partners and key accounts, and develop business plans to achieve sales targets. The role requires monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue generation. Additionally, the manager will work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure efficient distribution operations, manage credit control and follow up on receivables, as well as lead and manage remote sales teams effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Lead and execute sales strategy across indirect retail channels to achieve growth and market share targets
  • Manage and develop distributor and retailer network, building strong and sustainable relationships
  • Identify expansion opportunities and increase retail coverage based on market priorities
  • Analyze channel performance and implement data-driven improvement plans
  • Manage trade incentives and commercial offers through close follow-up with clients and internal teams to maximize sales productivity
  • Ensure optimal product availability and stock management across partners
  • Manage credit control with the team for clients and closely follow up on receivables and outstanding balances
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to drive high performance
  • Proven experience in managing large distribution teams remotely with strong operational control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards across all retail touchpoints
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth plans

  • قيادة وتطوير فريق المبيعات لتحقيق أعلى مستويات الأداء
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق توزيع كبيرة عن بُعد بكفاءة تشغيلية عالية
  • ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومعايير العلامة التجارية في جميع نقاط البيع
  • إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا توضح الأداء، التحديات، وخطط النمو
