We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage daily warehouse dispatch operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials and assign to packing team
Ensure packing meets quality standards with accurate quantities as per order
Create invoices and delivery notes for all consignments
Monitor and control damages in packing, farms & market.
Record all damage reports
Control company assets: inventory, vegetable crates, packing tools & equipment
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports + analysis for management
Requirements
Batchelor degree or above
2+ years experience in warehouse/dispatch in FMCG/Food/Fruits & Vegetables preferred
Accuracy, Speed & Punctuality
Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
Good command of English.
Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus
Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
- Dispatcher & store keeper: 2 years (Preferred)
