Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales Marketing based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves leading sales strategies, managing sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing business opportunities in the maritime industry.
Responsibilities
also include creating actionable marketing plans, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market reach.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a strategic mindset to identify and harness growth opportunities.
- Strong skills in Team Management and Sales Operations to guide and oversee a dynamic workforce and streamline processes.
- Experience in Customer Service to maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for professional networking and targeted outreach is a plus.
- Background in the maritime or logistics industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
