This is a hands-on systems-builder role focused on designing and operationalizing the company’s core commercial infrastructure from the ground up. It is not a manager-of-managers position, but a strategic build role for someone who has deep experience creating and running systems across enterprise SaaS, operations, implementations, or RevOps. From day one, you will lead four key work-streams:

• Customer Success methodology
• Account Pod design (SA + FDE + TAM)
• RevOps foundations
• Internal AI workflow optimisation to reduce bottlenecks and increase output.

Discover the responsibilities

• Build a Customer Success function from zero, including playbooks, processes, and success metrics
• Design and implement an Account Pod operating model to support enterprise clients effectively
• Establish RevOps foundations including CRM architecture, pipeline visibility, and forecasting cadence
• Develop and embed AI-driven workflows to improve internal efficiency and reduce dependency on founders
• Document all systems and processes to ensure they are scalable, transferable, and measurable
• Work directly with enterprise clients, maintaining a strong executive presence
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational systems with broader go-to-market strategy
• Contribute to GTM leadership and sales motions as systems mature

• 10+ years of experience building and operating systems in enterprise SaaS, operations, implementations, or RevOps
• Proven track record of building playbooks and processes from scratch rather than managing existing ones
• Strong understanding of enterprise environments with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Experience designing scalable operational models and performance tracking systems
• AI-native mindset with hands-on use of tools to enhance productivity and workflows
• High level of documentation discipline with a focus on clarity and transferability
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in a client-facing capacity
