About This Role
We are representing a prestigious, global private equity and private credit manager in the search for a senior institutional sales and capital raising professional to cover Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This high-impact, front-office role is critical to the firm’s regional growth, requiring a seasoned expert to lead fundraising efforts, originate investor-led opportunities, and cultivate high-level strategic partnerships across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end capital raising and fundraising activities across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Develop and execute a sophisticated sales strategy targeting regional institutional investors and family offices.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key regional allocators.
- Originate investor-driven opportunities and build strategic regional partnerships.
- Collaborate with the global leadership team on product positioning and regional market-entry strategies.
- Represent the firm at exclusive industry events, high-level meetings, and conferences.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, capital raising, or investor relations within a top-tier private equity or private markets firm.
- Deep, working knowledge of private equity and private credit/alternative investment products.
- Established and active network across Saudi institutional investors and family offices.
- Proven track record of successfully raising institutional capital and closing complex mandates.
- Sophisticated communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic, commercially driven mindset with the ability to operate at a senior level.
- Arabic is a plus
