Overview
Our Client is a leading alternative investment platform focused on venture capital, private credit, and strategic investment opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Director to lead fundraising initiatives, manage institutional investor relationships, and play a key role in shaping the firm's market positioning and capital-raising strategy.
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of fundraising, investor engagement, and strategic communications.
You will be responsible for managing the full investor lifecycle—from originating and developing relationships with prospective LPs through to ongoing engagement, reporting, and capital raising across multiple investment platforms.
Working closely with senior leadership and investment teams, you will represent the firm to family offices, institutional investors, sovereign-related entities, fund allocators, and strategic capital partners across the GCC and internationally.
About You
- We're interested in speaking with professionals who bring:
- 8–12 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Institutional Sales, Capital Markets, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, Asset Management, or Investment Banking.
- Proven experience managing institutional investor and LP relationships across the GCC or broader MENA region.
- Strong understanding of alternative investments, including private equity, venture capital, private debt, and fund structures.
- Experience preparing investor-grade materials including presentations, DDQs, fund reports, and board-level documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
Highly Desirable
- Existing network of GCC-based family offices, institutional investors, sovereign entities, and allocators.
- Experience within a Saudi-regulated asset management environment.
- Familiarity with Shariah-compliant investment structures and Islamic finance.
- Exposure to private credit, direct lending, or venture capital fundraising.
