We are seeking a highly connected and commercially driven Private Equity Real Estate Fundraising Professional to lead capital raising efforts across the GCC.
This role is ideal for a candidate with an established network of institutional investors, family offices, sovereign-linked investors, and HNWIs, along with a proven track record of raising capital for real estate investment funds.
Key Responsibilitie
- s
- Lead fundraising and capital formation activities for private equity real estate investment vehicle
- s.Raise equity and debt capital from institutional investors, family offices, UHNWIs, and strategic investors across the GC
- C.Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors in KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and other regional market
- s.Manage the full fundraising lifecycle, including investor sourcing, meetings, due diligence, negotiations, and closin
- g.Work closely with investment and leadership teams to position fund strategies effectively to investor
- s.Expand the firm's investor network and identify new capital sources for current and future fund launche
- s.Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, and industry event

Qualificati
- ons
- 8–12+ years of experience in private equity real estate fundraising, capital raising, or investor relati
- ons.Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital from institutional investors, family offices, and HN
- WIs.Strong existing investor relationships and placement capabilities across the
- GCC.Prior experience working with private equity real estate funds, real estate investment platforms, REITs, or real estate-focused investment fi
- rms.
