- Our client, a DFSA-regulated private equity real estate fund, is seeking a Head of Fundraising to lead capital-raising efforts and build a high-quality investor base across the GCC and beyond.
- This is a pivotal, front-office leadership role for someone with deep relationships across HNWIs, family offices, and LP networks, and a proven ability to raise capital in less institutional, relationship-driven environments.
- As a key member of the leadership team, you will:
- Drive and execute the fundraising strategy for a newly established real estate fund
- Leverage your network across HNWIs, family offices, and LPs to secure capital commitments
- Build and manage a strong investor pipeline and long-term relationships
- Lead investor conversations, pitch delivery, and deal execution
- Work closely with the CEO & COO to shape growth strategy and market positioning
- Represent the fund across regional and international investor communities
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12+ years’ experience in fundraising, private equity, placement, or investment banking
- Proven track record of raising capital from:
- HNWIs
- Family offices
- Private LP networks (non-institutional focus)
- Strong existing relationships across the GCC investor ecosystem
- Experience within real estate funds or alternative investments is essential
- Highly commercial, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven mindset
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and close
