A Large Luxury Real Estate Developer is looking to hire a
Creative Design Head
for their
Interior Design vertical
with global projects across branded residences and hospitality.
Responsibilities:-
- **Design Leadership:**
- Spearhead the overall creative direction, ensuring that all concepts align with brand identity, luxury benchmarks, and sustainability objectives.
- **Team Management:**
- Hire, mentor, and inspire in-house teams—including designers and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specialists—fostering a culture of high performance.
- **Project Oversight:**
- Supervise all design phases (schematic, detailed design, and execution), ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- **Client Relations & Strategy:**
- Lead high-level client presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and vendors
Requirements:-
- **Education:**
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an internationally recognized institution.
- **Experience:**
- Typically 15+ years of professional experience, with several years in a senior leadership capacity (e.g., Design Director / Principal).
- Industry:- Real Estate Developers, Hospitality and Design firms (Local and International Design firms).
- **Portfolio:**
- A proven track record of successful, high-value completions across sectors like luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or commercial.
