Key Job Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and secure agreements for new property developments, management contracts, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to facilitate project execution.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform development strategies.
- Lead the due diligence process for potential development projects, ensuring comprehensive assessments.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress and status of development initiatives.
- Oversee the successful launch and opening of new properties within the region.
- Manage and optimize the development budget, ensuring cost-effective and strategic allocation of resources.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements, zoning laws, and other factors impacting development.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the development team.
- Represent the organization in development-related matters, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with global development teams to ensure alignment with overall company strategies.
- Lead negotiations with property owners and developers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Provide guidance and support to property owners and developers throughout the development process.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations related to development agreements.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring new developments align with guest expectations and market demands.
