About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead administrative operations, procurement, contracts management, and archiving.
This is a key leadership position focused on operational excellence, governance, and supporting the organization’s cultural objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and policy development for Procurement, Contracts, Administrative Affairs, and Archiving.
- Manage end-to-end procurement (tenders, direct purchases, supplier management & contract awarding).
- Develop annual procurement plans aligned with budget and business needs.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE government laws and procurement regulations.
- Build and manage supplier relationships and vendor performance.
- Oversee archiving, documentation, and records management systems.
- Provide strategic support across all departments.
- Drive innovation, efficiency, and team performance.
What You Bring
- Minimum
- 10 years' experience
- in procurement, contracts & administrative affairs (government/semi-government preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE procurement laws and tendering processes.
- Proven track record in policy development and strategic execution.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Procurement, or related field (Master’s preferred).
