In this role, you will lead a high-performing Account Management team responsible for a \~$30M portfolio across the Middle East and Africa.

This is a strategic leadership role focused entirely on growing and retaining existing accounts.

You will manage and coach a team of 7 account managers responsible for retention, upsell, and cross-sell across enterprise and mid-market financial services customers.

→ Lead and develop a team of Account Managers across the MEA region

→ Drive retention, expansion, and long-term customer value across a \~$30M portfolio

→ Coach and implement structured sales and customer success methodologies

→ Support strategic account growth initiatives across enterprise financial services clients

→ Own performance management, reviews, coaching plans, and team development

→ Partner closely with regional and global leadership on growth strategy

→ Help scale the team as the regional business expands

→ Act as escalation point for key customer relationships and commercial discussions

✔ Proven leadership experience managing Customer Success or Account Management teams

✔ Strong SaaS background within enterprise or strategic accounts

✔ Experience managing large commercial portfolios ($20M+ preferred)

✔ Hands-on coaching and performance management experience

✔ Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar

✔ Experience leading diverse, multicultural teams

✔ Ability to manage strategic enterprise customer relationships and escalations

✔ Based in the UAE with prior UAE market experience (this role does

not

come with a relocation package)

✔ Fluent English communication skills

→ Experience within AML, Fraud, Payments, or Financial Crime Compliance

→ Background in financial services or risk solutions

→ Arabic or French language skills
