Reports to:

Scope

Project acquisition, strategic partnerships, market positioning, revenue growth

Role Purpose

To lead the company’s growth by building a strong pipeline of projects, establishing high­level relationships, and

positioning the company as a strategic project partner rather than a traditional contractor.

1. Project Acquisition & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline from developers, landowners, and investors
  • Secure Design & Build, JV, and strategic partnership opportunities
  • Create opportunities rather than relying on tenders

2. Strategic Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with developers, landowners, and government entities
  • Represent the company in executive meetings and negotiations

3. Strategic Market Positioning

  • Transform company image to a strategic project partner
  • Develop messaging, value proposition, and presentations

4. Deal Structuring & Negotiation

  • Work with CEO and CFO on structuring deals and partnerships
  • Negotiate profit­sharing and project agreements

5. Market Intelligence

  • Identify new developers, distressed projects, and off­market opportunities

6. Technical Coordination

  • Work with consultants and estimation teams to deliver strong proposals

7. Brand Representation

  • Represent the company at events and professional platforms

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

  • Number of projects secured
  • Total contract value
  • Conversion ratio
  • Strategic partnerships closed
  • Speed of deal closure

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10–15 years in contracting or real estate development
  • Strong UAE market network
  • Excellent negotiation and deal­making skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong presence
