Role Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our team in Dubai on a full-time, on-site basis.

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documents and records.

Key tasks include ensuring document accuracy, overseeing proper documentation of project updates, managing records systematically, and liaising with team members to ensure seamless information exchange.

The role requires a commitment to compliance, data security, and alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

✔ 5–10 years of experience as a Document Controller in Main Contracting Companies within UAE (mandatory)

✔ Proven experience handling full project documentation lifecycle from project start-up to final handover

✔ Strong knowledge of construction document control procedures, transmittals, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals, and correspondence tracking

✔ Extensive experience using document control systems and applications such as Aconex, Procore, EDMS, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms

✔ Ability to maintain accurate records, logs, and document tracking systems

✔ Strong coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams

✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and document management software

✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple department records efficiently

✔ Maintain documents logging, archiving and regular inspections and closure
