About the Job

- The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide strategic financial leadership across the property, driving sustainable profitability, informed decision-making, and long-term business performance through effective financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, influencing commercial and operational strategies through insightful financial guidance, performance analysis, and risk assessment.
- Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, forecasts, and capital plans, ensuring financial objectives are achieved while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, returns, and value creation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, asset managers, auditors, corporate teams, and external stakeholders, representing the property's financial interests with credibility, professionalism, and influence.
- Ensure the highest standards of financial governance, compliance, internal controls, and risk management, safeguarding the integrity of financial operations and maintaining adherence to regulatory and company requirements.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership while enhancing financial acumen across the wider organisation.
About You
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience within internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands, with a strong understanding of complex hotel operations and commercial drivers.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA or equivalent) combined with the ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights and informed decision-making.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership teams, owners, and key stakeholders, influencing business performance through commercial acumen, sound judgement, and strategic thinking.
- An inspirational and hands-on leader with demonstrated success in developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and building a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience within the GCC hospitality market is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the region’s business environment, regulatory landscape, and market dynamics.
