• The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Lead the Food & Beverage function, reporting to the Hotel Manager, with clear vision and purpose, curating exceptional dining experiences that reflect Jumeirah’s standards of excellence
• Drive the commercial success of the operation by unlocking revenue opportunities, enhancing guest engagement, and delivering sustainable profitability across all venues
• Inspire and elevate a diverse F&B team, cultivating a culture of passion, accountability, and continuous development that empowers colleagues to perform at their best
• Shape distinctive and memorable guest experiences through innovative concepts, activations, and service excellence, reinforcing the property’s position as a leading luxury destination
• Partner closely with senior leadership to align F&B strategy with broader business objectives, ensuring agility, market relevance, and forward‑thinking decision-making
• Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation, safeguarding the brand’s reputation while creating an environment where excellence is consistently delivered

About You

• The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• Extensive luxury hospitality leadership experience within internationally recognised luxury hotels, or resorts environments.
• Minimum 10 years’ operational leadership experience within Food & Beverage Operations, with a strong track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational performance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to optimise performance, enhance efficiency, and contribute directly to sustainable business growth and profitability
• An engaging, visible leader with a hands-on approach, fostering strong connections with teams and guests to ensure consistently elevated service standards
• Highly credible and influential professional, capable of operating within complex, fast-paced luxury environments while maintaining brand integrity and delivering consistent results
