Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Oversee contractors, consultants, project teams, stakeholder relationships, and project governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the construction management function across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Develop construction execution strategies, methodologies, and delivery plans.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk management.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers, and monitor their performance.
- Ensure health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Review and approve construction methodologies, progress reports, and change requests.
- Coordinate with design, development, procurement, and operations teams.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Lead engagement with internal departments, government entities, contractors, and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and construction management best practices.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations on performance, risks, and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 12–15 years in construction and project delivery, including at least five years in a leadership role.
- Experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, infrastructure, real estate, or mega-development projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
- Familiarity with international construction standards and industry best practices.
