We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to drive our sales efforts in the banking sector.

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, responsible for promoting and selling our banking products and services to potential clients.

Your role

will involve building strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through various sales channels.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to promote banking products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

Qualification

  • We are looking for candidates who are passionate about sales and possess the skills necessary to excel in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanour and a strong desire to succeed in the banking sales industry.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
