Job Purpose

To acquire new customers and achieve assigned sales targets by promoting the Bank's retail banking products, including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and Mortgage Finance, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality documentation and compliance standards.

Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales activities.
  • Promote and sell retail banking products, including:
  • Credit Cards
  • Personal Loans
  • Auto Loans
  • Mortgage Finance
  • Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, and field sales activities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
  • Provide professional advice throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.

Sales & Cross-Selling

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional retail banking products.
  • Maximize customer value by offering relevant banking solutions.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and conversion ratio.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure complete and accurate customer documentation before submission.
  • Verify customer eligibility and supporting documents in accordance with bank policies.
  • Maintain compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure timely application processing.

Customer Service

  • Provide excellent after-sales support throughout the customer journey.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

  • Higher Secondary Certificate or Bachelor's Degree.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE banking sales experience.
  • Currently working with a bank or banking brokerage firm.
  • Experience selling one or more of the following:
  • Credit Cards
  • Personal Loans
  • Auto Loans
  • Mortgage Finance

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retail banking products and credit processing.
  • Good understanding of customer assessment procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to documentation quality and compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory).
  • Expatriate candidates currently based in the UAE.
  • Age between 25 and 40 years.
  • Proven track record in retail banking sales within the UAE market.
