Digital Program Manager with experience in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain

Overview

• We have an urgent requirement for Digital Program Manager with experience in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Smart Things /IoT for the client in Dubai, UAE
• Manage end-to-end digital delivery & transformation lifecycle and lead the digital business vision and roadmap and to meet the desired digital business objectives--Must
• Strong experience end-to-end product lifecycle and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet the desired business objectives--Must
• Strong consulting experience in digital business platforms, digital experience platforms, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Smart Things / IoT, Advanced Analytics--Must
• Manage digital delivery risks and ensure risk-based planning is enabled across all IT projects---Must
• Enable Program Governance and establish clear IT delivery insights on periodical basis--Must
• Pre-requisites / requirements for the role
• Extensive experience in product, program, and/or project management in leading cross functional technical teams to deliver new digital products and services
• Experienced in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet the desired business objectives
• Strong consulting experience in disruptive technologies in areas such as digital business platforms, digital experience platforms, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Smart Things /IoT, Advanced Analytics Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Enable Program Governance and establish clear IT delivery insights on periodical basis
• Manage digital delivery risks and ensure risk-based planning is enabled across all IT projects
• Provide guidelines, workshops, and trainings for IT team to improve IT management practices
• Work closely with the executive management to establish digital business solution definition, roadmap, and delivery in an alignment with business drivers and principles
• Evaluate new digital business demands and impact over the existing digital roadmap
• Support identifying digital business opportunities, and propose the right solutions and technologies Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree experience 6 years in the same field / Or a master's degree, 3 years of experience in the same field.
• PMP is a Must
• IT Governance Training or certification Skills:1- Organization Change Management2- Business Transformation3- Digital Transformation4- Leading change5- Focus on results.6- IT Governance7- Teamwork8- Computer use skills and applications.9- Knowledge of Arabic and English
