Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition activities for Domestic and International BPO services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO sales, client relationship management, lead generation, and revenue growth.

The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and promoting outsourcing solutions across multiple industries.

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, target, and acquire new Domestic and International BPO clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and industry events.
  • Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client business needs and propose customized BPO solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as telecom, healthcare, banking, e-commerce, logistics, and customer support.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to develop competitive service offerings.
  • Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and RFP/RFQ responses.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO sales, outsourcing services, or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring international clients.

  • + Customer Support
  • + Technical Support

+ Back Office Operations

+ Data Processing

+ Lead Generation

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience handling Domestic and International markets.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

  • Monthly and annual revenue achievement.
  • New client acquisition.
  • Conversion rate of leads to customers.
  • Client retention and account growth.
  • Pipeline development and sales forecasting accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in International BPO sales, outsourcing solutions, contact center services, and UAE/GCC market exposure will be highly preferred.
