Candidate oversees all HR functions, ensuring effective talent management, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labor laws.--
Must
Arabic & English fluency is essential for communication and documentation.--
Accountabilities
:
Core Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Oversee performance management and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Develop HR policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll coordination and HR reporting.
- Support organizational development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation measures
Self-Management
- Set annual performance goals with the reporting manager.
- Maintain continuous learning in warehouse systems and safety.
• Maintain Professional Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
Additional Skills
- Strong communication and leadership.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
