The California Burger Company is looking for a creative, data-driven, and passionate Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms
- Create engaging content and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and optimize digital advertising performance
- Support SEO, website updates, and email marketing
- Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with operations, design, and marketing teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms
- Experience with content creation and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage
