Key Responsibilities
- Client relationship management: Build and deepen relationships with a portfolio of digital clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Digital account ownership: Lead full service digital accounts, including social media, website activity, content delivery, and campaign optimisation.
- Strategic guidance: Provide best practice recommendations, insights, and proactive solutions that support client goals and elevate digital performance.
- Project oversight: Ensure all digital projects are up to date and delivered to a high standard.
- Commercial growth: Identify opportunities to expand services, maximise revenue, and support Account Directors in developing strategic client plans.
- Client retention: Build long term partnerships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
