Full Stack Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Content Creation & Digital Communication

• Create engaging and high-quality digital content for social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Develop content calendars and align communication with brand objectives.
• Coordinate visual and written content tailored for different target audiences.
• Work closely with design and media teams to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging.

Social Media Advertising

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

• LinkedIn
• TikTok
• Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and other KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting optimization.
• Manage campaign budgets and generate performance reports with actionable insights.

Marketing Automation & CRM

• Build and manage marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
• Integrate lead generation forms, CRM systems, WhatsApp, email marketing tools, and automation platforms.
• Execute automated nurturing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies.
• Work on tools such as:
• n8n
• Zapier
• HubSpot
• Mailchimp
• ActiveCampaign
• or similar platforms

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Content creation
• Social media ads
• Marketing automation
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance marketing.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI-powered marketing tools.
• Knowledge in lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
• Experience with CRM integrations and automation ecosystems.
• Basic understanding of landing pages and web management
• Fluent in Arabic is a must / preferred Saudi Dialects
