We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, managing online presence across channels, and collaborating with senior marketers to drive brand growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting budgets and bids to improve ROI
- Create and schedule engaging ad content and creatives for various campaigns
- Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver marketing assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital advertising platforms
- Follow established marketing guidelines, processes, and quality standards
- Escalate performance issues or campaign concerns to senior team members promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related field; freshers are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
- Basic proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to budget and performance metrics
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office and remote collaboration
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
