We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive to support and streamline our day-to-day operations.

What You'Ll Do
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across departments
- Monitor workflows and identify areas for process improvement
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation
- Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth business continuity
What We'Re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, or project management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setup
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, or Monday.com
- Background in logistics, e-commerce, or tech operations
