We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support business decisions, building reports/dashboards, and collaborating with senior analysts to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders in written and visual formats
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of data records
- Follow established data governance, processes, and quality guidelines
- Escalate data discrepancies or technical issues to senior team members promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–3 years of experience in data analysis or related field; freshers are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (Google BigQuery, AWS, Azure)
