About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize **paid ad campaigns** on Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and preferably TikTok.
- Conduct SEO keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Develop ad creatives (can be in collaboration with designer/copywriter if needed).
- Set up proper conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM links).
- Analyze ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPL, CPA and other key metrics.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards.
- Perform **brand audits** to evaluate digital presence, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (please include examples or case studies if available).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer journeys, and sales funnels.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into campaign optimizations.
- Good communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and ad platform updates.
Bonus Points
- Experience performing brand audits or digital strategy reviews.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
- Creative mindset for visual ads and compelling copywriting.
- Experience working with eCommerce, F&B, real estate or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams.
