About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Shopify Assistant Specialist who can support both e-commerce website management and digital marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should have experience assisting with Shopify page optimization, product page enhancement, product optimization, banner creation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping Ads, and basic campaign performance monitoring.
This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, organized, and comfortable working across both Shopify website optimization tasks and online advertising platforms.
The candidate should be able to improve product pages, optimize content for better visibility and conversions, create website and promotional banners, support digital marketing campaigns, and help monitor campaign performance.
The candidate should also have basic editing and design skills using Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or any related graphic design tools to support banner creation, ad creatives, social media visuals, and website promotional graphics.
Shopify Website Support
- Assist in managing and updating the Shopify website pages.
- Optimize product pages with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags, images, and meta information.
- Improve product page content, layout, visuals, and overall presentation to support better conversions.
- Support collection/category page updates, product arrangement, and page optimization.
- Check and update website banners, homepage sections, product pages, landing pages, and promotional pages.
- Create and edit website banners, promotional graphics, ad creatives, and basic visual content.
- Use Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or related design tools for basic image editing and banner creation.
- Coordinate with developers or internal teams for Shopify design and functionality improvements.
- Assist in testing website updates, checkout flow, product links, landing pages, and promotional codes.
- Ensure product information is accurate, attractive, SEO-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Help improve website user experience, product visibility, and conversion rate.
Digital Marketing Activities
- Support day-to-day digital marketing activities across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping Ads, and other online platforms.
- Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, and campaign coordination.
- Prepare basic performance reports for Google Ads, Meta Ads, website traffic, sales, and e-commerce performance.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, cost per purchase, and sales performance.
- Review current ad campaigns and assist in optimizing ads, audiences, keywords, creatives, budgets, and product performance.
- Identify low-performing ads, products, keywords, and audiences, and suggest improvements to increase campaign efficiency.
- Support Google Shopping Ads and product-based campaign optimization to improve visibility, traffic, and sales.
- Monitor competitor activities, promotions, pricing strategies, and digital marketing trends.
- Support email marketing, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and customer retention activities.
- Assist in campaign planning for seasonal offers, product launches, promotions, and sales events.
- Track website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion performance using analytics tools.
- Help improve overall campaign performance by supporting regular testing, reporting, and optimization.
