Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. The candidate must be creative, analytical, and capable of generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and improving online engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
- Handle social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create engaging marketing content, captions, and promotional materials
- Monitor SEO performance and improve website ranking and traffic
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics
- Generate leads and improve conversion rates
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of:
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads & PPC Campaigns
- Meta Ads Manager
- SEO & SEM
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Google Analytics
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent English communication skills
- Arabic language is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools
