About This Role

PulseMediaNL is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. This role is essential in supporting brand growth, increasing online visibility, and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and business success.

Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Assist in developing strategies to increase brand awareness and online engagement

Manage and optimize email marketing, social media, and online advertising initiatives

Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results

Content & Social Media Support Create and coordinate marketing content for digital platforms and campaigns

Support social media management, scheduling, and audience engagement activities

Assist with maintaining website content, blogs, and promotional materials

Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels

Analytics & Performance Reporting Monitor website traffic, campaign metrics, and marketing performance data

Prepare reports and insights on campaign effectiveness and audience engagement

Analyze trends and customer behavior to support marketing decisions

Use data-driven recommendations to improve digital marketing performance

Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams on promotional initiatives

Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns

Assist in improving marketing workflows and digital processes

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices **** Requirements About the Ideal Candidate

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a similar role

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and online engagement strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively

Comfortable working in a remote environment

Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, or analytics platforms is a plus

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
