About This Role

Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across online channels. The role focuses on managing multi-channel campaigns and ensuring strong performance across the full digital customer journey.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, content marketing, and paid media channels. The role involves optimizing campaign performance, managing budgets, improving conversion rates, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.

The Digital Marketing Manager works closely with content creators, designers, product teams, data analysts, sales teams, and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing initiatives. They are responsible for tracking KPIs such as traffic, CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

In addition, the role includes conducting A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, implementing marketing automation, and optimizing funnels for better performance. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving scalable digital growth, improving marketing ROI, and strengthening online presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 4–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or online campaign management
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic tools
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and ROI-driven campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) is an advantage
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on growth and performance improvement
