Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Digital Marketing Specialist** with **4–5 years of proven experience in SEO and Social Media Advertising** to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
- Manage content marketing initiatives and social media engagement activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing content and promotional campaigns.
- Generate leads and improve conversion rates through targeted digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- **4–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Social Media Advertising.**
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Experience in content strategy, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the **UAE healthcare industry**.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for healthcare organizations.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare marketing regulations and best practices.
- Pay: AED1,763.00 - AED8,509.85 per month
