Job Summary
Falcon Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager (CA or equivalent qualified) to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and support strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full accounting cycle including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure VAT and statutory compliance in UAE
- Coordinate audits and maintain internal financial controls
- Monitor cash flow and support financial decision-making
- Supervise junior accounting staff
Requirements
- CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA or equivalent qualification
- 5–8 years of accounting and finance experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
