The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring value for money while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare BOQs
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts
- Track variations, claims, and interim payments
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and cost impact
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
